What to expect

Your first appointment usually takes up to 90 minutes. It includes a full case history and a whole body assessment, so Petra can explain what she finds before treatment begins. If it is appropriate to go ahead, your first treatment takes place in the same session, and you leave with practical aftercare advice.

Do I need a GP referral? No, you can book directly. If Petra feels you should see your GP or another health professional, she will tell you.
